Conversion of an existing Thai restaurant into a new restaurant, bar and bakery with a traditional ‘European’ feel. The premise had to be flexible and operate on many levels from transforming from a bakery and coffee shop into a lunch venue, bar with antipasto, restaurant and late night supper venue.
