Conversion of a heritage listed villa adjoining the Royal Hotel Randwick, NSW into 5 star accommodation for the hotel. This building had been operating as a paediatric doctors surgery and a day care centre and was generally in a poor state of repair. Incorporating the required facilities into a constrained plan was a complex undertaking, requiring extensive co-ordination with planning and heritage experts.
